We recently stayed at this warners hotel for a three night festival. The check in procedure was very organised. Parking good. Room excellent. Staff friendly and helpful especially the bar staff who were excellent! ! Some of the restaurant staff excellent too. The entertainment was very good, it all felt very safe except for a few idiots later on at night after a few drinks (no facemasks) The food on the whole was very good, and again very well run and organised. Can't wait to return for another festival weekend.
Sinah Warren Hotel grew on us during our four night stay . It was only our second trip to a Warner’s Hotel and hot on the heels of a stay elsewhere the previous week, so it was easy to make comparisons. Sinah was a little more “hi de hi” than the last place and certainly with an older demographic. At the other hotel it was the less accommodating staff who stood out, as the vast majority there were very good indeed. Here, slightly less so. The better staff really stood out here with the others (with varying degrees of competency) largely going through the motions. All were pretty friendly, (save for the receptionists who seemed pretty miserable) but it was all a bit more forced here. That said, we had especially good service from Ben C, Shay and Adriana in the restaurant. Live entertainment was very good, particularly the house band who worked hard and with the usual other activities well organised. Grounds were well maintained by keen and approachable gardeners. Our signature room was good, clean and well equipped. As said elsewhere it is really worth getting a sea view and a patio or balcony. Food was ok but portion sizes pretty small (additional helpings usually accommodated however) and not always as described on the menu. Nothing disastrous but with common menus across Warner’s locations it really shouldn’t be hard to achieve consistency and we do slightly worry how they’ll cope once back to full capacity. Service was reasonably prompt but there were usually queues to get into the restaurant at both breakfast and dinner Sinah seems more spacious, in a better location, and more cared for than the other on Hayling island which we went to have a look around. All told we had a good break here and would be happy to come again once we've tried the other Warner's.
