Lovely grounds and bar areas. Outdoor swimming pool and sporting facilities. Entertainment was excellent and varied. Food was of good standard but breakfasts below standard needed to be hotter and egg cooking needed attention. Staff in the main very good but little bit more attention to detail as things forgotten and they seemed to have difficulty finding table numbers. However we had a great stay and would go back.
Finally made it back to Sinah after another period of lockdown! It was lovely to see the staff have managed to survive, and felt reassured with all the necessary precautions that were in place. Our room was clean and functional, although the balcony furniture is starting to show signs of wear. We had prebooked our dining times on the user friendly Warner Portal, and were blown away by the number of staff all buzzing about making our dining experience as swift and slick as possible! Sadly the food was not up to its usual high standard. All food is now served to the table (which is a bonus) and there is no buffet available, but the choice this time was limited, and whichever dish you chose came with the same overcooked potatoes and vegetables, which appeared to have been thrown onto the plates. Very disappointed as the standard of dining in my 16 years of visiting Sinah has always been extremely high! On the plus side, the entertainment was incredible! Fresh, new acts, and was delighted to see that Warners are keeping up to date and moving into the next decade! All the entertainment team work tirelessly, with a constant smile on their faces! All in all a super weekend break and we are already looking forward to a return visit next month!
Visited Sinai Warren for first time and first time hotel was open after lockdown, Lovely area, Hotel pleasant, rooms a little tired. Staff all helpful and some very talented. Food hit and miss. Our friends room was not serviced one day and our room was not replenished with Milk or shower gel one day. Covid rules were adhered to well. Entertainment was excellent. A shame the snooker room was closed as snooker halls now open but the few activities we did were good.Ben our waiter very accommodating could have seen the Maitre d' a bit more but understand how busy everyone was. Booked 5 months ago but had a route march to our room. Parking good and generally speaking a good experience would return.
